“Bromley Council are delighted to be partnering with InCommon to launch the inaugural Spark Festival in Bromley! The festival encourages intergenerational connections and opportunities for learning new skills, having fun, trying something new and being creative with family and friends with the chance to make new connections along the way. The festival supports the Council’s ambitions to tackle loneliness and social isolation as well as supporting wellbeing through creativity as part of our Creative Health programme. ”
