PROGRAMME MANAGER (Part time)

Leading our work on high quality intergenerational programmes and our events programme. Managing the delivery of up to 10 intergenerational projects in Greater London, and supporting the Senior Programme Manager and Partnerships Lead with the design of our intergenerational projects through training, resources and events.

We are offering:

  • Salary: £32,000, pro rata FTE

  • Contract: 20 hours a week, permanent contract

  • Location: Flexible working, based at our co-working space in Brixton, with occasional travel acxross Greater London and regionally

  • Target start date: March 2025

TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Team Administrator to join our charity. You will manage the overall running of our office, by maintaining our administrative processes, managing communications with housing associations and schools and working closely with the wider team in the implementation of training, workshops, events and projects.

This role will provide a variety of operational support to the Programme Team as we develop our offer and the delivery of intergenerational workshops. This job description will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be subject to change, particularly as the needs of the charity change. We aim to make the role permanent in September 2026, subject to funding.

We are offering:

  • Salary: £29,000, pro rata FTE

  • Contract: Full-time 32 hours a week. We work a 4 day week (Monday - Thursday)

  • Location: Flexible working, based at our co-working space in Brixton, with occasional travel acxross Greater London and regionally

  • Target start date: March 2025

FREELANCE LEAD FACILITATORS

We are seeking dynamic, energetic, person-centred individuals with significant levels of experience of delivering projects to join a pool of Intergenerational Workshop Facilitators. Ideally you have experience of managing intergenerational or multi-generational projects, however if you don't have intergenerational experience then strong experience of working with older people and young people/children separately is required.

You will have outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills and have the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with younger and older people. You understand why safeguarding is critical to our participants and seek to create safe, engaging spaces for people to learn together.

We are offering:

  • Fee: £60 per session( incl. admin time to prepare for the session)

  • Contract: Freelance, flexible

  • Location: Hybrid working across different Greater London locations. Use of our base in Brixton.

  • Responsible to: Senior Programme Manager

  • Target start date: Immediately

  • Contract: 20 hours a week, permanent contract

  • Deadline to apply: 11.59pm on Sunday 1st February
