We are thrilled to announce that Hannah Kayi Mason will be joining the team as InCommon’s new CEO, taking over from our founders and co-directors Charlotte Whittaker and Laura Macartney.
Hannah will be joining the team in April, bringing a wealth of experience from the third sector. Although we’re sad to see Charlotte and Laura go, we’re excited about what lies ahead for InCommon under Hannah’s leadership.
About Hannah Kayi Mason: Hannah is a strategic leader, and cultural producer, working at the intersection of inclusion, art and community within the public and private sectors. She has over 20 years’ experience in the arts, media and social business sectors. With a love for all things creative, her experience spans music, theatre, digital media, contemporary visual arts and heritage. Our recent CEO recruitment round was a highly competitive process, and Hannah was a standout candidate. Her blend of strategic leadership, vision for InCommon, and commitment to intergenerational connection truly impressed us.
Her impactful work at UnLtd, supporting many small third sector organisations, as well as her governance experience as a Trustee and Chair of Trustees put her in a great position to lead InCommon as CEO.
The Board are confident that her experience will build on Charlotte and Laura’s fantastic work, increase our impact and help us reach even more older and younger people.
